Who Packs My Order? - At the end of every day we charge up Marty Mcfly in the Warehouse so he is ready to pack your item in the morning.
How Well Do You Pack My Parcel? - With lots of love and bubble wrap, in a custom box and with Fragile Tape. Perfect for the collector.
Can I Change My Order? - Yes (if we haven't shipped your item) just contact us and we can help.
Can I Cancel My Order? - If we have not shipped your order, you can request to cancel via your account or contact us and we will be happy to help.
Can I Return My Item? - Absolutely you can return any item within 30 days if not opened for a full refund.
My Item Is Faulty or Damaged, Can I return It? - If you have received a faulty or damaged item don't despair we will pay for a free return and refund or replace immediately for you.

What Hours Do You Work? - You can email us anytime, we will always answer your email within 24hrs. Office is open for telephone calls from Monday to Friday 11am - 4pm (UK time)
How Do Pre-Orders Work? - When placing a pre-order you have the choice to pay in full or if you prefer you can just pay a small deposit to reserve your item. We will then reserve your item for you and you pay the balance when item comes into stock.
Do You Take A Deposit? - Yes a 10% none refundable deposit is needed to reserve a pre-order.
Can I Pay In Instalments? - Yes we can arrange this for you at no extra charge. Contact us to request to pay in instalments and we will be happy to help.
If I Pay By Instalments Do I Have To Pay Extra? No Way Man, you pay the price listed and that’s it.
How Does The Instalment Plan Work? - We allow you to pay of the balance by paying as little or as much as you like until your item arrives. No hassle, no worries and no extra charge.
Is My Pre-Order Deposit Refundable If I Cancel An Order? - Unfortunately no, once you place a pre-order we put that order in with the manufacture or supplier and we are unable to cancel, hence why we take a deposit that is none refundable.
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order? - Yes you can cancel your pre-order anytime via your account but the deposit is non-refundable.
What Does Estimated Arrival Date Mean? - Well we try our best to nail the estimated arrival date but they do change as it's normal for manufacturers to push back a release date of an item. But we keep you informed and as soon as it arrives we let you know.
